Main terrace enjoys abundant sunlight and commands stunning views of surroundings. Covered terrace near dining room/ kitchen overlooks jeu de boules and pingpong areas and has large dining table with 12 chairs, equipped with both portable butagas and built-in charcoal bbq.

Large swimming pool (15x8m) situated at just slightly higher level, accessible by flagstone stairway. Pool terrace has 16 lounge chairs, outside shower and electrical outlets plus switch for pool lighting. Stunning views.
